Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between GENLYTICS AI LTD (company number 17512913, “Genlytics”, “we”)and the organisation you represent (“you”) for use of the Genlytics service. By creating an account you confirm you have authority to accept them on your organisation's behalf. Genlytics is offered to businesses, not consumers.

1. The service

Genlytics runs the prompts you configure against third-party AI engines and reports how brands appear in their answers. We may improve, change or retire features over time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give you reasonable notice.

2. Your account

Keep your login details and access tokens secure, and tell us promptly at contact@genlytics.ai if you think they have been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans and payment

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed at the price agreed when you upgrade, in advance, for each billing period, and renew until cancelled. Usage limits for each plan are shown on our pricing section. You can cancel at the end of any billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights, using the service;
• use the service to generate or distribute spam, malware or misleading content;
• probe, overload or disrupt the service, or try to access other customers' data;
• resell the service, or copy or reverse-engineer it to build a competing product.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into Genlytics and the reports produced for you. You grant us the rights we need to host and process it to provide the service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, and Enterprise customers can sign a data processing agreement.

6. Third-party AI engines

Results reflect the answers given by third-party AI engines at the time each run took place. Those answers can be wrong, change without notice and differ between users. We do not control them, and do not guarantee any particular visibility outcome from following our recommendations.

7. Our intellectual property

We own the Genlytics service, software and brand. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Genlytics and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms. After closure we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and, for significant changes, notify account holders before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
